Emergency Desk (operator station)
The emergency desk is also mentioned operator station. It ensures the control of the assembly and takes care of the collection and dissemination of current data that might influence the emergency. Another function is to monitor and control the emergency.
The operator station manages the "individual" assembly point as well as the collective assembly points and the connected LCD screens. Via the webcams, located in the assembly point, you can gain insight into the situation at the assembly point.

Intelligent Assembly points (Output)
The collection includes a display, which is connected to the emergency desk to display current information. It shows the information that provides insights into the emergency with the corresponding safe areas and displays real data that affect the emergency. The assembly point also includes a camera and sends the images to the emergency desk. A reporting system shows the number of people that has gathered around the assembly point.

Operation:
You can use the central emergency desk to communicate in words and pictures/symbols via the assembly points, and gain insight in the situation regarding safety and the emergency. Additionally, the attached screens help you inform the company within a few seconds.

Technical Specifications (Software)
The software managing the intelligent assembly points can be controlled via Intranet / Internet (port 80) and is a flash-based application. Other ports used are:
SVN - Port 3690
SSH - port 22
FTP - port 21
VNC - port 5800
Outside Pile (IP 65)
The pile is equipped with frame, LCD screen (42 inches), networking switch, high quality flashlight, high quality camera, RCD, climate system (through a specific concept). The maintenance of the frame is very low, depending on the location.
The frame is made of stainless steel 304 and finished with a powder coating and is lockable by means of a dual slot design. The monitor type is "Transflective" to ensure readability in daylight.
